Terms of service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

Overview

This website is operated under the store name Flyvora. Throughout the website, the terms “Flyvora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Flyvora.

Flyvora provides this website, including the information, products, features, and services available through it, subject to these Terms of Service.

By visiting https://flyvora.us, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated into them by reference, including our:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Return & Refund Policy
  • Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Contact Us page
  • Any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, you should not access or use our website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.

Section 1 – Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence to make a purchase through our website.

If you permit a minor to browse the website or use a product purchased through Flyvora, you are responsible for providing appropriate supervision and ensuring lawful and safe use.

The purchase of a drone does not by itself establish that the purchaser or intended operator is legally permitted, trained, registered, certified, or otherwise qualified to operate it.

Section 2 – Online Store Terms

You may use our website and products only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website or any product purchased from Flyvora:

  • In violation of federal, state, local, or international law
  • In restricted or prohibited airspace
  • To interfere with aircraft, emergency operations, public safety, or law enforcement
  • To invade another person’s privacy
  • To record individuals where recording is prohibited
  • To trespass or enter restricted property
  • To stalk, harass, threaten, surveil, or harm another person
  • To transport illegal, dangerous, or prohibited materials
  • To disable, bypass, or unlawfully modify required safety or identification features
  • To conduct unauthorized military, weapons-related, or unlawful surveillance activities
  • To interfere with communications, navigation, or radio systems
  • For any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose

A violation of these Terms may result in cancellation of an order, restriction of access, or termination of your use of the website, subject to applicable law.

Section 3 – Drone Laws and Operator Responsibility

Drone laws vary according to the aircraft, weight, configuration, equipment, intended use, operator, and location.

Before operating a drone, the customer is responsible for determining and complying with all applicable requirements, which may include:

  • FAA registration
  • Remote ID
  • The Recreational UAS Safety Test, commonly known as TRUST
  • Part 107 remote-pilot certification
  • Airspace authorization
  • Temporary flight restrictions
  • Altitude and visibility requirements
  • Operations over people or moving vehicles
  • Night-operation requirements
  • State and local privacy laws
  • Local takeoff and landing restrictions
  • Property-owner permission
  • Import, export, radio-frequency, and telecommunications requirements
  • Rules applicable to photography, video, mapping, surveying, or surveillance

Customers operating drones outside the United States are responsible for determining and complying with the laws of the applicable country and locality.

Flyvora does not provide legal, aviation, licensing, regulatory, or professional flight advice. Product descriptions and general safety information are not substitutes for official government requirements, manufacturer instructions, qualified training, or professional advice.

For current U.S. requirements, customers should consult the Federal Aviation Administration at https://www.faa.gov/uas.

Section 4 – Safe Operation

Customers must read and follow all manuals, warnings, instructions, maintenance requirements, and software notices supplied with the product.

Customers should not operate a drone:

  • While impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication, fatigue, or illness
  • In unsafe weather
  • Beyond the product’s rated operating conditions
  • Near airports or emergency operations without required authorization
  • Near people, animals, vehicles, buildings, utility infrastructure, or sensitive locations when unsafe or prohibited
  • With damaged propellers, motors, batteries, frames, wiring, or control systems
  • After a crash until the product has been appropriately inspected
  • Outside visual line of sight unless expressly authorized
  • In a manner inconsistent with manufacturer instructions or applicable law

The operator is responsible for conducting appropriate preflight checks and maintaining control of the aircraft.

Flyvora’s sale of a product is not a representation that the product may lawfully or safely be used in every location, situation, or manner.

Section 5 – Privacy, Photography, and Recording

Some drones and accessories may capture photographs, video, audio, location information, or other data.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Obtaining any required consent
  • Respecting reasonable expectations of privacy
  • Avoiding unlawful recording or surveillance
  • Complying with data-protection and privacy laws
  • Securing stored or transmitted data
  • Protecting account credentials and connected devices
  • Deleting personal data before returning or transferring a product

Flyvora does not authorize the use of its products to invade privacy, stalk individuals, conduct unlawful surveillance, or collect information illegally.

Section 6 – Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and confirming compatibility before purchase.

Compatibility may depend on:

  • Drone brand and model
  • Model year or hardware revision
  • Controller type
  • Connector type
  • Voltage
  • Battery chemistry and capacity
  • Firmware or application version
  • Dimensions and mounting system
  • Weight and payload limits
  • Radio frequency
  • Regional specifications
  • Operating system
  • Manufacturer restrictions

A product being described as “compatible,” “universal,” “replacement,” or “for” a particular type of device does not necessarily mean it is compatible with every model or revision.

Contact us before purchasing if compatibility is unclear. Do not install, force, modify, charge, or operate a product that appears incompatible.

Flyvora remains responsible for providing accurate product information as required by applicable law.

Section 7 – Battery and Charging Safety

Some products contain lithium-ion, lithium-polymer, lithium-metal, or other rechargeable batteries that may present risks including fire, overheating, electrical shock, chemical exposure, or burns.

Customers must:

  • Use only compatible chargers and charging equipment
  • Follow manufacturer voltage, current, and storage requirements
  • Charge batteries on an appropriate nonflammable surface
  • Keep batteries away from water, flames, extreme heat, and combustible materials
  • Avoid unattended charging when the instructions advise supervision
  • Stop using batteries that are swollen, punctured, leaking, damaged, overheated, or producing an unusual odor
  • Prevent battery terminals from short-circuiting
  • Store and dispose of batteries according to applicable requirements
  • Keep batteries and small components away from children

Do not use or charge a battery after a crash if it may have been damaged.

Damaged or defective lithium batteries may be prohibited from ordinary air or parcel transportation. Contact Flyvora before attempting to return one.

Section 8 – Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colors, dimensions, compatibility information, and availability accurately.

However:

  • Colors may vary depending on the display
  • Measurements may include reasonable manufacturing tolerances
  • Packaging may change
  • Product appearance may differ slightly from photographs
  • Manufacturers may update components, software, or packaging
  • Availability may change before an order is processed

These provisions do not permit Flyvora to materially misrepresent a product or avoid remedies required for products that are defective, incorrectly described, or not as ordered.

Customers should review the complete product description before purchase.

Section 9 – Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.

A price change will not normally affect an order already accepted, except when:

  • The customer agrees to the change
  • The listing contained an obvious pricing error
  • Applicable law permits correction
  • The order is canceled and fully refunded before shipment

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be displayed during checkout when reasonably determinable.

Customers are responsible for government-imposed import duties, customs charges, or taxes not collected by Flyvora, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We will not charge a higher corrected price without obtaining the customer’s agreement.

Section 10 – Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment failure
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Suspected fraud
  • Quantity limitations
  • Obvious pricing or listing errors
  • Duplicate orders
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions
  • Inability to verify essential order information

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We will not refuse service for an unlawful discriminatory reason.

Section 11 – Order Verification

We may request reasonable verification to protect customers and Flyvora against unauthorized transactions.

Verification may include confirming:

  • Customer identity
  • Billing information
  • Shipping address
  • Payment authorization
  • Order details

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.

Failure to complete a reasonable verification request may result in cancellation and refund of the order.

Section 12 – Quantity and Resale Restrictions

We may limit quantities when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, inventory abuse, unauthorized resale, export violations, or disruption of availability.

Products purchased from Flyvora may not be resold, exported, or transferred in violation of applicable law, sanctions, manufacturer restrictions, or export-control requirements.

Customers may not use false information, multiple accounts, or automated methods to circumvent product limitations.

Section 13 – Payment

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • The information provided is accurate
  • You authorize applicable charges for the order
  • You will pay amounts lawfully due

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices.

Flyvora does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information when payment is processed through an external payment provider.

Section 14 – Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping rates, tracking, delivery estimates, address changes, lost packages, and shipping restrictions are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised period, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.

Section 15 – Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, defective products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Return authorization may be required before sending a product.

Do not return products to our business correspondence address unless Flyvora provides that address in written return instructions.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy limits any remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Section 16 – Written and Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include a separate written manufacturer warranty. Warranty availability and coverage vary by product.

When a written warranty applies, the applicable terms should be made available on the product page, through linked warranty documentation, in product materials, or upon request before purchase where required by law.

A manufacturer warranty:

  • Is governed by its written terms
  • May require registration or proof of purchase
  • May contain geographic or product-specific limitations
  • Does not eliminate non-waivable consumer rights
  • Does not automatically apply to every product sold by Flyvora

Flyvora does not create an additional written product warranty unless one is expressly stated in writing.

Section 17 – Software, Firmware, and Applications

Some products may require third-party software, firmware, mobile applications, accounts, internet access, or manufacturer services.

Third-party software and services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Flyvora does not control and cannot guarantee:

  • Continued availability of a third-party application
  • Compatibility with future operating-system updates
  • Third-party servers or cloud services
  • Manufacturer firmware updates
  • Features controlled exclusively by another company

This provision does not affect remedies available when a product was materially misrepresented at the time of sale.

Customers should install authorized security and safety updates when appropriate and should not use modified software to bypass legal or safety requirements.

Section 18 – Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, manufacturers, payment processors, carriers, or services.

A link does not necessarily mean that Flyvora endorses or controls the third party.

Flyvora is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control. Customers should review the applicable third party’s terms and privacy practices before using them.

This limitation does not apply when Flyvora remains legally responsible for a service provider’s conduct under applicable law.

Section 19 – Website Accounts

If account creation is available, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Restricting access to your device and account
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity
  • Keeping your contact information current

You may not sell, transfer, or misuse an account.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security threats, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Section 20 – Acceptable Website Use

You may not:

  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with website operation or security
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, or extract website content through unauthorized automated means
  • Circumvent access controls
  • Impersonate another person
  • Submit fraudulent orders or claims
  • Collect personal information about other users
  • Use the website to transmit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content
  • Conduct security testing without authorization
  • Use our website or content to violate intellectual-property rights

We may take reasonable technical and legal measures to protect the website and its users.

Section 21 – Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, graphics, layout, store branding, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Flyvora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Product names, trademarks, and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party brands are for identification or compatibility purposes and do not necessarily imply sponsorship or affiliation.

Section 22 – Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit it
  • It is based on your genuine experience where presented as a review
  • It is not knowingly false or misleading
  • It does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights
  • It does not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or malicious material

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant Flyvora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and use the submitted content for operating and promoting Flyvora, subject to applicable law and any privacy settings or written limitations agreed to by us.

We may moderate or remove content for legitimate reasons. We will not condition an incentive on a review expressing a particular sentiment, and any material incentive associated with a review should be disclosed as required by law.

Section 23 – Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information.

The website may occasionally contain:

  • Typographical errors
  • Inaccurate inventory information
  • Incorrect dimensions or specifications
  • Pricing errors
  • Outdated promotional information

We may correct errors and update information.

If an error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer to obtain consent to revised terms or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund. We will not charge a corrected higher price without the customer’s consent.

Section 24 – Modification of the Website

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.

Changes may occur because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Security
  • Product availability
  • Operational changes
  • Legal requirements
  • Third-party service changes

Where reasonably possible, we will avoid changes that improperly affect an already accepted order.

Section 25 – Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Flyvora does not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted
  • Every website error will be corrected immediately
  • The website will be compatible with every device
  • Third-party services will remain available
  • General information will be suitable for every individual circumstance

These disclaimers do not:

  • Exclude obligations relating to products purchased from Flyvora
  • Eliminate an applicable written warranty
  • Limit remedies for fraud or material misrepresentation
  • Limit non-waivable consumer rights
  • Exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded

Section 26 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flyvora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from the use of the website or a customer’s unlawful, reckless, or unauthorized operation of a product.

Flyvora is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Operation in violation of law
  • Failure to obtain required registration or authorization
  • Disregard of product warnings
  • Unsafe weather or flight conditions
  • Customer modifications
  • Incompatible parts or chargers selected contrary to disclosed specifications
  • Unauthorized software or firmware changes
  • Customer-caused crashes, collisions, or battery damage
  • Unlawful photography, surveillance, trespass, or privacy violations

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Flyvora’s aggregate liability relating to a particular product or order will not exceed the amount paid to Flyvora for that product or order.

This limitation does not apply to the extent prohibited by law, including where applicable to:

  • Death or personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Willful misconduct
  • Gross negligence where liability cannot be limited
  • Defective-product liability that cannot be excluded
  • Breach of non-waivable statutory rights
  • Obligations to deliver, replace, or refund products under applicable law

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted.

Section 27 – Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims, damages, or reasonable costs caused by your:

  • Intentional or unlawful misuse of a product
  • Violation of applicable drone, privacy, property, or airspace laws
  • Fraudulent conduct
  • Infringement of another person’s rights
  • Material breach of these Terms

This section applies only to the extent the claim was caused by your conduct. It does not require you to indemnify Flyvora for Flyvora’s own negligence, defective products, unlawful conduct, or breach of legal obligations.

Section 28 – Product Recalls and Safety Notices

If you become aware of a product recall or safety warning, stop using the affected product and follow the stated instructions.

Flyvora may contact customers concerning:

  • Product recalls
  • Battery hazards
  • Firmware or safety updates
  • Corrective actions
  • Replacement or disposal instructions

Customers should maintain current contact information and should not sell, transfer, ship, or dispose of a recalled or damaged battery contrary to applicable instructions.

Safety concerns involving consumer products may also be reported to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at https://www.saferproducts.gov.

Section 29 – Export Controls and Sanctions

Certain drones, cameras, sensors, communications equipment, software, and technical information may be subject to export-control, sanctions, customs, or import laws.

You may not purchase, export, re-export, transfer, or use products in violation of applicable restrictions.

Flyvora may cancel or restrict an order when reasonably necessary to comply with:

  • Export-control laws
  • Economic sanctions
  • Customs requirements
  • Carrier restrictions
  • Product-specific licensing requirements

If an order is canceled before shipment for compliance reasons, we will provide the appropriate refund unless applicable law prohibits the transaction or refund.

Section 30 – Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the website.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Fraud
  • Security threats
  • Illegal conduct
  • Repeated abuse
  • Material violation of these Terms

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Section 31 – Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Send a written description containing:

  • Your name
  • Order number, if applicable
  • Contact information
  • Description of the issue
  • Requested resolution
  • Relevant supporting documents

Email: korepajhagry@gmail.com

We will make a reasonable effort to review and respond.

This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, filing a claim before a deadline expires, using a lawful consumer-protection process, or pursuing another remedy that cannot be waived.

Section 32 – Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with Flyvora are governed by the laws applicable to the operator at the business address stated below, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the customer’s state or jurisdiction apply.

Because Flyvora serves customers in the United States, nothing in this section deprives a U.S. consumer of protections or a forum that cannot lawfully be waived.

Any dispute may be brought before a court or tribunal having lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive a customer’s right to participate in a class action where such a right cannot lawfully be waived.

Section 33 – Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • Our products or services
  • Website functionality
  • Business operations
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Safety guidance

The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. The terms effective when an order was placed will generally continue to govern that order unless a later version is more favorable to the customer or applicable law requires otherwise.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 34 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Section 35 – No Waiver

A failure or delay by either party to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it is given.

Section 36 – Assignment

Customers may not transfer contractual rights or obligations in a manner that materially prejudices Flyvora without consent.

Flyvora may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business, provided that the transfer does not unlawfully reduce an existing customer’s rights.

Section 37 – Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Flyvora concerning your use of the website and purchases made through it.

If product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms will control for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Section 38 – Interpretation

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of any provision.

The words “including” and “includes” mean “including without limitation” unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Any ambiguity will not automatically be interpreted against one party solely because that party drafted the Terms.
