FAQ

What types of drones and accessories does Flyvora offer?

Flyvora offers camera drones, GPS drones, FPV racing drones, mini and beginner models, replacement propellers, batteries, chargers, controllers, camera components, cases, landing equipment, and repair supplies. Product availability may change over time.

How can I confirm that an accessory is compatible with my drone?

Check the exact drone brand, model number, hardware version, dimensions, connector, voltage, battery type, and other specifications shown on the product page. Similar-looking parts may not be interchangeable. Contact us before ordering if compatibility is unclear.

Do I need to register my drone with the FAA?

Registration requirements depend on the drone’s weight, equipment, and intended use. Certain drones operated in the United States must be registered and may need to comply with Remote ID requirements. Review current information at the official FAA website before flying.

How long does order processing and delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the contiguous United States is usually 5–10 business days after shipment. Holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, and lithium-battery restrictions may cause delays.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number and carrier information. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to display its first update after the shipping label is created.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We recommend submitting change or cancellation requests within 12 hours. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

What is Flyvora’s return policy?

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unflown, uninstalled, and returned with the original packaging and included components. Contact us for authorization before shipping any return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Contact korepajhagry@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or video of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area. Keep all packaging and included parts while we review the issue.

How should I safely charge and store drone batteries?

Use only compatible batteries and charging equipment, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and charge on an appropriate surface away from combustible materials. Stop using batteries that are swollen, leaking, punctured, unusually hot, or damaged. Contact us before attempting to return a damaged lithium battery.

How can I contact Flyvora customer support?

Email us at korepajhagry@gmail.com or call +1 (936) 260-5549. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (GMT+8). We aim to respond to most inquiries within 1–2 business days.
