When tracking is available, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number and carrier information. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to display its first update after the shipping label is created.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unflown, uninstalled, and returned with the original packaging and included components. Contact us for authorization before shipping any return.

Stop using batteries that are swollen, leaking, punctured, unusually hot, or damaged. Contact us before attempting to return a damaged lithium battery.
